BASALTEK EURO-MBOR lined with aluminum foil

EURO-MBOR is a fire-resistant basalt material with a foil surface, which significantly enhances its heat-reflecting properties during a fire, thereby providing a high level of protection. It is manufactured in compliance with TU 5769-003 — 39397054-16. The material operates within a temperature range of -200 to +900 °C.

SCOPE OF APPLICATION:
  • The materials are designed for use as fite-resistant coatings in fire protection systems. Their primary purpose is to enhance the fire resistance of building structures and engineering networks, including air ducts in ventilation and smoke extraction systems;
  • In the construction of residental, public and industrial buildings of types A, B, C according to Federal sanitary rules and regulations of Russia 2.12.729;
  • For heat and sound insulation purposes, industrial machinery, equipment and vehicles;
  • As thermal insulators, soundproofing materials and sound absorbers, these products are essential across variuos sectors. They find application in nuclear and chemical industries as well as in shipbuilding, covering both marine and river vessels and oil production platfroms. Additionally, the serve as filter elements in dry dust cleaning systems used in the fuel industry, metallurgy and other sectors of the national economic.
